Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Garden of Destini, every product is crafted with intention, care, and quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our body oils and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
• Your name and shipping address

We’ll be happy to review and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue store credit.

 

Lost Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please first check with your neighbors, local carrier, or leasing office. If still not found, contact us and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or resolving the issue.

 

Skincare Sensitivities

Our products are made with high-quality, skin-nourishing ingredients. Please review the full ingredient list before purchase. Garden of Destini is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Always perform a patch test prior to full use.
